Consular Visa Express
Consular Visa Express by Linkintense was an online platform that allowed the user to obtain a visa quickly, safely, and easily. The platform guided the user to purchase the service that allowed them to obtain the visa, guaranteeing and validating the mandatory documentation by digital means in a few steps.
In this project, I undertook the responsibility of intricately crafting and delivering a comprehensive set of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) elements for both the platform and website. Additionally, I devoted particular attention to creating communication presentations and promotional materials with the goal of enhancing the project's visibility.
As a key element of our strategic approach, the development of technical documents played a crucial role, and we subjected the interface to a thorough process of heuristic evaluation and user testing, spearheaded by the esteemed Fraunhofer company.
The Consular Visa project was a website with a mobile-responsive assistant interface that allowed users to obtain visas without having to visit an embassy. I designed all the user flows and use cases for this project. The designed system guided users through a set of questions to identify the most suitable visa type for their specific case. The system also facilitated payment of the service and managed all necessary documents for the embassy process. Although most of the process was digital, the finalization and delivery of documents at the embassy were handled by an authorized company in visa processes
