As a product designer at Helppier, my role involved creating innovative new products and enhancing existing ones. I took charge of the design process for the widget, carefully crafting its interfaces and interactions. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in shaping the back-office functionalities and derivative products, ensuring a smooth and user-centric experience throughout the entire product ecosystem.
This serves as a small glimpse into the extensive initiatives undertaken at Helppier. In my role, I directly collaborated with the development team, ensuring the quality assurance and successful implementation of all designed features to deliver a high-caliber product.
As a product designer and UX/UI designer, I have been actively involved in every stage of the process, collaborating directly with the founder and CEO of the company. Together, we crafted the vision for various products, such as Helppier Web, Helppier Mobile and the templates library, along with other products and solutions within the company.
