CrewPlanner
CrewPlanner is an app/platform that makes staff planning easy. The ultimate solution to manage your large, flexible workforce with seamless HR & events management. Easy to use with comprehensive custom reporting and a free mobile app for all staff, CrewPlanner is expertly designed to minimise errors and maximise staff & client retention.
In this project, I assumed the responsibility of designing both the user interface and interactions for the mobile app. While using the web app as a reference to maintain consistency in the overall experience, I had to design all the mobile screens from scratch and craft the entire mobile journey.
In the initial phase, my responsibilities involved thorough research and analysis of the entire web application to gain a comprehensive understanding of the user journey. I was provided with some blueprints and low-fidelity mockups, reflecting the product team's vision. This project presented a challenge with tight deadlines, demanding completion in less than 30 days to design and gain approval for all screens and interactions within the mobile app.
